This building at 3645 Las Vegas Blvd opened in 1973 as the MGM Grand and became Bally's in 1985. Bally's is a midrange casino resort property with an excellent center strip location and fascinating display of huge neon rings leading from the Las Vegas Blvd sidewalk to Bally's casino entrance. The rings are featured in the background of one outdoor scene in the movie Leaving Las Vegas.
