This gallery features a small sample of high altitude photos we've shot. Two were shot
from out the window of an airplane as it approached McCarran (the Las Vegas airport),
four were shot from the 20th floor of Mandalay Bay and the rest were shot from the
top of the Stratosphere observation deck. The purple and violet Stardust (on the right,
in the photo named altitude (10)) was demolished in March 2007 and leaves a big
ugly empty spot while the Echelon is under construction.
